ZC123 chiller with ecological gas

The ZC123 series is a range of air-cooled chillers with cooling
capacity from 200 up to 1000 kW, suitable for outdoor installation,
thanks to their IP54 protection degree, particularly suitable for use
both in industrial processes and in air conditioning civil.
This range is equipped with a shell and tube evaporator and has
been designed and engineered to have high energy efficiencies, low
noise, ease of installation, simplicity in maintenance work, both
ordinary and extraordinary.
Made up of primary brand components to offer a high quality and
reliable product, the entire range is designed to make the installa-
tion phase immediate.
Maintenance operations are also simple and facilitated by the
possibility of reaching all the components with both hands.
Upon request, it is possible to supply the unit complete with econo-
mizer to improve its performance: the additional subcooling of the
liquid refrigerant allows the refrigeration effect of the evaporator to
be increased and, consequently, its energy efficiency improved.

COOLING CIRCUIT
The refrigeration circuit is made up of a primary brand screw
compressor and is designed to reduce any type of vibration. Each
machine has as a standard feature:
- Electronic thermostatic valve
- EC fans
- Flow switch
Furthermore, the welding points of the copper pipes are reduced to
a minimum to avoid refrigerant gas leaks and/or breakages due to
vibrations transmitted by the components to the welding points
themselves. The thickness of the copper is high, and this allows an
excellent fusion of the material and consequent professional
welding.

ELECTRICAL BOARD
The electrical panel is generously sized, inserted inside a special
housing made in one piece with the structure of the unit. Each cable
in the wiring diagram is numbered and connected to the terminal
block, which simplifies reading the connections.
Complete with circuit breakers to protect the main parts of the
refrigeration unit, the control section is made up of a microprocessor
board with external interface. Each electrical panel is complete with
a door lock device, phase sequence relè, microprocessor Touch
Screen and Modbus.
The standard power supply is 400 ±10%/3/50Hz.
Optional: power supply 460 ±10%/3/60Hz

SECURITY
The entire ZC123 range is the result of adequate design, which led
to the adoption of certain measures and the use of components to
ensure safe operation with A2L refrigerants, classified as mildly
flammable.
