How Do Our Ecological Chillers Work?
01. Heat Exchange
Water or another liquid like a glycol mixture absorbs heat from equipment or processes, allowing them to cool down. This is then taken to the evaporator where the heat is transferred through a series of tubes.

02. Compression
After the refrigerant has absorbed heat, it then moves through to the compressor. This is where the pressure is increased which also increases the temperature as a direct result, preparing it for the next phase.

03. Condensation
This refrigerant gas then flows through to the condenser where it is exposed to air or water on the other side of the tube. This allows heat to dissipate, allowing the refrigerant gas to condense back into a liquid.

04. Expansion
The last stage for the chiller is where the liquid passes through an expansion valve which reduces its pressure again. This readies it for the evaporator and the whole process repeats once again.
04. Expansion
The refrigerant passes through an expansion valve which reduces the pressure of the liquid, cooling it down rapidly. It then re-enters the evaporator, ready to absorb more heat from the water or glycol mixture and repeat the cooling process.
The Benefits of Installing an Eco Chiller Unit with CF Chiller
Energy Efficiency and Cost Savings
Chillers improve cooling systems while reducing energy consumption. Using advanced technology and renewable energy, they significantly cut electricity costs, making them a smart investment for homes and businesses.
Reduced Greenhouse Gas Emissions
Our chillers lower greenhouse gas emissions by using environmentally friendly refrigerants and efficient energy sources, helping combat climate change as the country develops and innovates in a positive way.
Improved Indoor Air Quality
Our chillers maintain consistent temperature and humidity, reducing mould growth. They also feature advanced filtration systems that remove pollutants, improving indoor air quality, which benefits those with respiratory issues or allergies.
Long-Term Sustainability
For those looking for long-term sustainability, a eco water chiller is highly durable and requires less maintenance. Their energy savings can offset initial costs over time, making them a cost-effective and sustainable choice for the future.
