ZH454 Heat pump with ecological gas

The entire range is the result of an appropriate design that has led
to the adoption of measures and the use of components to make it
safe to operate with A2L refrigerants, classified as mildly flammable.
The unit color is:
White RAL7035
Blue RAL 5002

COOLING CIRCUIT
The refrigeration circuit is made in a simple way to reduce any type
of vibration on the brazing points. This range is equipped with
brazed plate evaporator and is designed and engineered to have
high energy efficiency.
In fact, the copper pipes of which it is composed have very few
welding points to eliminate refrigerant gas leaks. The thickness of
the copper is high, and this allows an excellent fusion of the
material and consequent brazing to perfection.
The cooling circuit consists of SCROLL compressors, complete with
Carter resistance. The units, depending on the power, can be compo-
sed of one or four independent refrigeration circuits, with one or two
compressors each.
All heat pumps are equipped with a 4-way valve to control the flow
of fluid in a system.

ELECTRICAL BOARD
The electrical board has quite large sizes and it’s located in a
specific area surrounded by its frame.
Each electric is equipped with a lock door device.
The standard configuration for heat pumps includes the presence of
antifreeze resistance and ventilation inside the electrical panel.
The standard power supply is 400 ±10%/3/50Hz.
Optional: power supply 460 ±10%/3/60Hz

HYDRAULIC MODEL
Our range can include the hydraulic model or not, therefore it’s an
option that can be required according to the type of system.
It can be shaped in different ways:
• no water tank and no pump
• just tank
• just pump or double pump
• water tank and pump or double pump
• water tank, primary and secondary pump
The water tank is standardly equipped with water filter to protect
the evaporator, and all our heat pumps have the condensate
collection tray for the condenser.

TEST
Each chiller is tested in the testing room.
During this phase, the following operation modes are checked:
- correct assembly of the components
- components fastening
- operation in accordance with safety standards
- electrical test in accordance with Standard EN60204
- operation of the electrical board
- chiller performance under standard conditions
